Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
EU North & Central (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic and others):
- Standard shipping: 13.50 € – 29.00 €
- Express shipping: 26.50 € – 48.50 €
- Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
EU South (France, Ireland, Italy and others):
- Standard shipping: 16.50 € – 35.00 €
- Express shipping: 32.00 € – 62.00 €
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Lithuania & Estonia:
- Parcel Terminal: 4.90 €
- Courier delivery: 7.50 € – 11.50 €
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Shipment Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages KaiVolt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
